有見及此,在新學期即將來臨前,我們將於本期電子報介紹最新活動 —— 「eLC: eClass Library Club」 啟動禮 暨「智能圖書館軟硬件配套」簡介會,向大家展示 RFID 硬件如何透過電子化盤點及借還工作改變圖書館館務流程,減輕繁瑣工作。除此之外,我們更將隆重發佈「eLC: eClass Library Club」的誕生,希望能匯集一群志同道合的圖書館老師,彼此交流經驗,透過每人微小的力量,共同推動學界的閱讀氣氛!

【活動邀請】「eLC: eClass Library Club」 啟動禮 暨「智能圖書館軟硬件配套」簡介會
電子圖書的發展日新月異,eClass 一直相信不變的本質仍然是「閱讀」本身。eClass 明白培養學生對閱讀的興趣和習慣一直是各位同工最為重視的事,因此特意舉辦是次「eLC: eClass Library Club」啟動禮,旨在凝聚一個 eClass 圖書館老師社群,促進大家在校園推廣閱讀方面的經驗交流,相互啟發學習,共同推動香港學界的閱讀風氣。此外,我們亦會向大家介紹 eClass 整全智能圖書館軟硬件方案,更將示範 RFID 的硬件配套,並簡介 eLibrary plus 的最新發展,以及最新為 eLibrary plus 用戶設立的「專業認證教師計劃」。

相信不少圖書館老師都將在即將來臨的暑假進行全館盤點,eLibrary plus 特設階段式盤點流程,可讓負責老師按校本計劃靈活自訂盤點及書目註銷日期,更可支援線上及離線的盤點模式,以實時掌握書目的盤點及借還狀態,並按需要匯出盤點報告以作紀錄。除此之外,為協助圖書館加快盤點的繁瑣流程,eClass 更特設圖書館 RFID 硬件方案,當中的手持 RFID 掃描器可讓老師直接掃過書脊以作盤點紀錄,資料更可同步至 eLibrary plus 系統,令整個流程更為輕鬆簡單。我們將於7月的 「智能圖書館 RFID 硬件方案」簡介會介紹更多有關圖書館的硬件方案,歡迎有興趣的同工報名參與。
